RESEARCH

Forge Academy is a very strong evidence-based-focused program. Research expands your knowledge, and provides one with contrasting as well as ongoing evidence, in order to provide players with the best and most accurate developmental approach. Curiosity, problem-solving, and a passion to offer student players the most evidence-based training, are at the core of Forge Academy. We spend over 20-30 hours a week on literature review, curriculum, and developmental discussions, to offer student players the best and most up-to-date development. This is a process, not a destination, and will always be a core principle at the Forge Academy. Below, you will find some of the research articles we assess and analyze in order to extract practical and applicable information for student player development.
